The Help Desk has a detailed Knowledgebase and User Forums for you to communicate with other Sophio customers. You may also complete Trouble Tickets, or post any support-related questions- whether they are pre-sale or technical issues- at the Help Desk.

Telephone support is available at no charge for Sophio customers during the first 30 days of their store activation. Telephone support after the first 30 days of your account will incur a charge of 83 cents per minute, billable at a minimum of $75.00 per incident. This charge will show on your next bill or Automated Payment transaction.
