Integration of your companies website
with IMC is a quick and painless process. The
result is a professional website that includes the
entire IMC WebWarehouse Parts Catalog and the ability to
automate the fulfillment of your received orders.
Orders may be processed from your own stock if you wish,
or you may choose to have IMC fulfill partial orders
based on your own inventory supply.
By choosing IMC as your parts supplier
and electronic catalog you do not have to worry about
updating your own catalog, nor do you have to worry
keeping an inventory of parts on the shelf. Your
job is to promote your website and provide customer
service.
The steps are:
1) Contact your IMC Sales
Representative and express interest in integration.
2) Review the IMC integration
contract and pay your setup fee to IMC ($2500).
3) Signup directly via our order form. The fee is $500
for setup + $275 per month for unlimited orders,
unlimited bandwidth, and unlimited storage space for
your site.
4) Consider real time credit
card processing at your site to improve customer
service, decrease delays in order processing, and
perhaps save some money on your discount rate. Our
rates are as follows: 2.19% + .25 per
transaction. You can process MC/VISA, Amex,

5) If you have an existing website you can forward your website's source
files in a 'zip' file to support@sophio.com.
6) Contact the registrar (the
company you registered your domain name with), and
update your DNS settings after Sophio has built your
test site. The DNS settings for Sophio Software's
web servers are:
ns1.sophiosoft.com
ns2.sophiosoft.com
(Note: It is not required to
host your entire site Sophio, however there are no
additional hosting fee's when you utilize our software.)
