SERVER STATUS
- 5/20/05 - 11:00am - Worldpac having DNS server issues which is causing the integration with Sophio to break in regards to pricing and other issues. We are working on it now to resolve. ETA 2 hours
- 5/18/05 - 6:16pm - Worldpac catalog server up
- 5/18/05 - 6:00pm - Worldpac catalog server down, supplier notified, nothing Sophio can do
- 4/5/05 - 9:00pm - Mail services were moved to a new server. There may be some propagation issues for the next 24 hours.
- 4/5/05 - 7:00pm - Mail server was restored at approximately 430pm. Currently Webmail is working intermittently and main pop3 and smtp server are down.
- 4/5/05 - 3:27pm - Clients should change their outgoing mail server to their isp's if possible, while we repair the mail server. Order confirmations will be in queue.
- 4/5/05 - 2:15pm - Sophio mail server being spammed by slick hacker. Doing our best to block ip's and sessions.
- 2/28/05 - 10:15am - Worldpac Server being crawled excessively by Google, causing a 'denial of service' attack. We are working on it.
- 2/18/05 - 1:30pm - Worldpac fulfillment server is up.
- 2/17/05 - 1:20pm - Worldpac fulfillment server not available. Try again later.
- 1/31/05 - 4:48pm - IMC eCat server very slow due to high traffic, try again shortly.
- 1/14/05 - 6:41pm - Authorize.net server is down, they have been notified.
- 1/13/05 - 10:15pm - Worldpac server is not returning catalog data. We informed them and are sure it will resolved shortly.
- 1/03/05 - 4:28pm - IMC server is not returning catalog data. When you see error for 'supplier data query' it is the IMC catalog server not responding. We informed them moments ago.
- 12/22/04 - 9:00pm - IMC informed us that their server may be unavailable to send orders too after 9pm PST.
- 11/26/04 - 11:15pm - IMC Catalog and Fulfillment working normally.
- 11/22/04 - 3:00pm - Peak Traffic conditions causing major slow-down at
69.20.125.16 (main server). Clients may experience intermittent
outages or slow-downs.
- 11/18/04 - 2:15pm - Problems continue with server. Forced to reboot again.
- 11/17/04 - 3:30pm - IMC server causing slow downs, server rebooted to correct traffic jam.
- 11/15/04 - 9:00pm - IMC server causing slow downs, server rebooted to correct traffic jam.
- 11/13/04 - 10:14pm - WorldPac server unavailable, clients notified...
- 11/13/04 - 2:00pm - Some WorldPac clients reporiting inability to checkout. Programming notified and working on repair.
- 11/10/04 - 2:28pm - Main server needs rebooting...
- 11/1/04 - 2:15pm - Main server needs rebooting...
- 11/1/04 - 12:00pm - Mail server under repair. Intermittent outages will occur throughout the day.
- 10/31/04 - 2:00pm - Potential Mail Server DOS attack. New Firewall being configured.
- 10/31/04 - 12:15am - Server operating normally.
- 10/30/04 - 11:30pm - Server down for monthly maintenance...
- 10/14/04 - 10:45am - Live Chat server down, will be backup asap, please send email to support@sophiosoft.com
- 10/04/04 - 5:30pm - Rebooting main Rackspace server to speed things up...
- 07/18/04 - 3:28pm - While trying to repair server after Microsoft OS security patches, doing a simple reboot has
caused the main server to hang. System should be rectified shortly.
- 07/18/04 - 1:15pm - After applying Several Microsoft Security patches to our main
web server last night, many accounts are unable to access their control
panel. We are working on the repair and should have it rectified at
the very latest of 7/19/04. All front end sites are functioning
normally.
